Rebecca Lemmon Biography

Rebecca is a Tampa Bay native and resident of St. Petersburg.  She has lived in many cities throughout Florida, as well as Virginia, Washington D.C., New York, and Italy.  She is a licensed REALTOR® both in Florida and Virginia with a real estate background in luxury waterfront residential sales, historic properties, estates, land development, vacation homes, property management, and relocation.   Rebecca is professional, focused and fiercely committed to her clients’ needs and position both when buying and selling.  She has over 12 years of sales and marketing experience and began her real estate career through the build up and management of her own multi-state and international real estate portfolio.  Therefore, Rebecca’s clients find her personal knowledge and experience an invaluable asset in any transaction.

Prior to joining Smith & Associates, Rebecca worked for the luxury boutique firm Select Properties of Virginia (Richmond and Irvington, VA) where she was honored as one of the company’s and region’s top producing agents.  Additionally, she served as Marketing Manager for the firm where she produced and managed their national and international marketing campaigns.  Before joining Select Properties, Rebecca served as a sales associate for Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. in White Stone, VA.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the Florida State University and her Master’s Degree from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.  She is an active member in a multitude of cultural, arts, charitable, and fitness organizations.  Rebecca is an avid triathlete who enjoys participating in multi-sport competitions throughout the U.S.  She also is an experienced fitness instructor.
